The apartment we secured was on the top floor with a great view - the overall layout was fabulous. We also received complimentary parking throughout the stay with easy access to the parking area on level B1. The kitchen facilities were great and being able to create some simple breakfast and dinner dishes helped keep our budget in check.

The baby's cot was set up and ready for use when we arrived. There was an ample supply of towels and a satisfactory supply of cleaning agents and toiletries. All appliances were in good working order and the room was clean. We used everything - dishwasher, clothes washing and drying, iron etc. and they all functioned well and reasonably quietly. The bed was comfortable and the flow of the rooms made sense. The shower was particularly excellent and felt very luxurious.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a good size (we stayed in the two bedroom apartments), beds comfy. Easy access on the tram to all entertainment and eateries.

There 1 bed apartment was very spacious and accommodating for my family. The balcony allowed for fresh air to flow through apartment. Could easily walk to Northbourne to catch light rail to city. Easy 10-minute walk to Dickson shop. Accesses to Pavillon on Northbourne for meals was great.

I have stayed often at Adina in Dickson in the last 10 years. Always a pleasure. A high quality offering with great facilities for the business traveller. I like the fact that I can book an apartment with kitchen and laundry and even buy a movie if I have some free time. Excellent wifi and a designated desk for working. So close to the Dickson dining precinct which also has pharmacy and supermarkets. All round great choice for business travel for me.

Central location minutes from city centre, shopping centres and major attractions. On-site secure parking at $15 per night. Apartment facilities are excellent: kitchenette includes microwave, hot plate, dishwasher, cooking and eating utensils, full size fridge, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Apartment has living room dining setting, balcony and large TV. Bedroom has wardrobe, ensuite and separate balcony. Bed was very comfy. Card access to lift and room. Lift gives direct access to lower ground carparks, reception and rooms on levels 2-7. Small coffee shop serves basic coffee, alcohol, soft drinks and snacks.

Booked a one bedroom apartment for 3 nights. We got there after driving from Melbourne to be told our apartment had been give to someone else by the manager. Got told we could only have a guest room a third of the size. The Day Desk manager was hopeless and uncooperative (being polite)
